When people criticize working from home, it’s important to understand the distinction between these two terms. In our view, the difference is night and day. If you are working from home by necessity due to COVID-19 or something else, you should expect it to be sub-optimal. It’s quite different from working in a company that’s been instrumented from the ground up to do remote work well — global pandemic or not. However, all is not lost!
