Why Free? Giving back to society during Covid-19 Pandemic

We are “the culture software” and our purpose for over ten years at Humantelligence is to help companies measure, manage, and hire for culture fit.

However, during this new “Remote Work” reality caused by the coronavirus pandemic 92% of companies have had to transition unexpectedly to a new culture of “how things get done”. As such, we decided to help all companies for free, not just our own clients.  It is a small way that we can give back and help our country, our economy, and our many hard working people to maintain their performance, in this new culture of working from home. Specifically, we are here to help companies adopt to their biggest 2020 challenge before them – “How to adapt to a new ‘remote work’ culture reality”.

Transitioning to a Remote Work Culture

Although creating a quiet, physical work space, and plugging in the appropriate remote work technology (like zoom video conference, green screens, etc) are both key steps to transitioning to a remote work, many people, leaders, teams, and companies don’t realize that the MOST IMPORTANT element is understanding the “psychometrics” of a person in this new culture reality – around their behaviors, motivators, and their ideal work styles.

This will actually be the key driver that will either energize or slow down productivity for individuals, teams, or leaders. Humantelligence has applied our proven 30-year scientific self-assessment to this problem and can now help with our quick, scalable, fun, and powerful 12-minute quiz that will help companies – individuals, leaders, and teams – maintain productivity and performance within this new “remote work” culture.

The New “Culture Problem” – Working Remote

Working remote is not as simple as setting up the technology to connect people from home, but the inherent and natural psychometric tendencies for each employee, leader, and aggregate as a team, to be able to work well from home, or remote.

Do you get energy and enjoy and derive pleasure from this new, unexpected remote work” set up? Or does it drain them, make them feel less connected, and drag down their energy, where they are less productive?.

  • The Humantelligence self-assessment measures 28 psychometric characteristics across three areas we call “BMW” – Behaviors, Motivators (values), and Ideal Work Styles – in just 12 minutes (it would take 1 hour+ for any other tool on the marketplace).
  • Of the 28, we measure 8 specific characteristics that I/O psychologists agree on which explain if a person, team, or leader will be better or challenged at working remote, which impacts productivity and performance.
  • This “Remote Work” Scorecard benchmarks an individual, leader, or team against these 8 dimensions which are the KEY PSYCHOMETRICS that explain high performing remote workers – scoring 0-100 for behaviors around being “outgoing vs reflective”, “cautious vs freeform”, Motivators around being “Helping vs Self-Reliant”, “Order vs Freedom”, or “Belonging vs Unique” oriented, and whether the person gets energy from work environments that are “proven methods vs new solutions”, “working with people vs working with facts”, “predictable vs variety”, or “structure vs flexibility”.

Benefits – What you get in the Scorecard?
